Rebecca Kasang, owner


Musician to the core and mother of two (teenagers, man oh man!). Professional musician and music teacher for 20 years; currently Music Director at Lutheran Church of the Cross and Day School. Sarah Bean

Sarah was classically trained in piano under concert soloist and current soloist/pianist/organist B. Schripsema of Kenosha, WI. She also played the flute in band. She received a degree in Technical Writing from the University of South Florida. Instead of pursuing a career in business, she has chosen to share her lifelong love of music with young people.
She has been teaching private lessons in St. Petersburg for five years. She is also a certified Kindermusik educator." 
                                                                       
                

Zlatina Asenova

Zlatina comes to us from Bulgaria with classical training in voice and piano. She has a bachelor's degree in Music Education and a master's degree in Choral Conducting from the National Academy of Music in Sofia, Bulgaria. She currently teaches privately as well as teaching classes at Bulgarian School “St. St. Kiril and Metodii”.
 
 

Laura Watts

Laura has been a singer and piano player her entire life, and she has worked with young children musically at summer camps, theatre productions, preschools and church choirs. She has been a church music and creative arts director for 20 years and is currently leading worship on Saturday evenings at Lutheran Church of the Cross and on Sunday mornings at Unity of St. Petersburg.
 

 

    

Rachel Peterson

Rebecca's very talented daughter who is currently a student teacher in the area of flute. She is attending St. Pete High School and studying with Barbara Prescott (of St. Pete College and Gibbs) with a goal of attending Julliard School of Music.
 

Cassandra Bohan

 
Cassandra has been teaching violin and piano with us for two years. She has a bachelor's degree in music from Bradley University and has been teaching music for 9 years.
